ANO "Strategic Partnership for Socio-Economic Development of the North-West Federal District" (http://www.n-west.ru/). Strategic Partnership North-West was established in September 28, 2012. 11 subjects of the Russian Federation in the North-West Federal District, as well as 42 major regional companies and business associations, including the Leontief Centre have become its founders.

Strategic Partnership North-West aims to provide interaction of state authorities, business and public organizations in developing and implementing socio-economic policy of the North-West Federal District, to support interregional investment projects implemented on the basis of public-private partnership.

St. Petersburg Foundation for SME development (http://www.fbd.spb.ru/) - non-commercial, independent professional consulting organisation of the business support infrastructure, established in 1995 with the assistance of the Government of St. Petersburg. Leontief Centre is a co-founder.
