Director of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre Boris Zhikharevich took part in the strategic session on preparing and implementing the project “Yenisei Siberia” in the Krasnoyarsk region, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tuva. The strategic session was held by the Government of the Krasnoyarsk region supported by the Center for Strategic Research and as directed by the President of the Russian Federation No. Pr-228 of February 7, 2018.
