2018-11-16 :: Irina Karelina Participated in the International Conference “Baltic Sea Region: from deterrence towards dialogue” (St. Petersburg)

On November 16, Director-General of ICSER Leontief Centre Irina Karelina participated in the international conference “Baltic Sea Region: from deterrence towards dialogue” in St. Petersburg and made a report. The conference was organized by the Center for International and Regional Policy in cooperation and with the support from the Fund “Russian – Polish Centre for Dialogue and Understanding”, Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Russia, Russian – Baltic media centre, Tempesto group. Over 50 experts and politicians from Russia, Poland, Germany, Denmark, Norway, the Netherlands, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Belarus attended the conference.
