2019-06-03 :: Leontief Centre Researchers Took Part in the 8th International Conference “Labour and Leisure in the Economy and Culture of the Future” of the Center for the Study of Economic Culture at Saint Petersburg State University

On May 31–June 1, Leontief Centre researchers took part in the 8th International Conference “Labour and Leisure in the Economy and Culture of the Future” of the Center for the Study of Economic Culture at Saint Petersburg State University (Saint Petersburg, Faculty of Liberal Arts of Sciences). Opening addresses were made by the Director-General Irina Karelina.

Senior Research Fellow Denis Kadochnikov moderated the session “Time Use and Its Structure” and made the presentation “The Problem of Training the Individual for Outside Professional / Leisure Activities and the Development of Higher Education” at the session “Prospects for Liberal Education in the Digital Economy”. Head of Research Department Nina Oding and Senior Research Fellow Lev Savulkin made the presentation “Far From the Megacities: Employment in Small Towns” at the session “Labour and Leisure in the Context of New Technologies”.
