2020-06-19 :: Boris Zhikharevich Spoke at the Municipalities Forum “Economic Transformation Amid the Coronavirus Pandemic”

On July 19, the Director of the Resource Centre for Strategic Planning under Leontief Centre Boris Zhikharevich took part in the 3rd Municipalities Forum “Economic Transformation Amid the Coronavirus Pandemic”. The Forum was organized by the Ulyanovsk Region Сenter for Strategic Research. Boris Zhikharevich made a presentation “Strategic Planning During the Economic Transformation” at the open discussion “Strategic Planning in Times of Coronavirus Outbreak”, and also spoke about shock-resilient strategies at the plenary session next to the Governor of the Ulyanovsk Region Sergey Morozov.

The Forum included eight thematic platforms organized by the Ulyanovsk region executive bodies and research institutions. Leading federal and regional experts addressed the plenary session.
