2020-06-20 :: Olga Iakimenko Took Part in the Electric Transportation Seminar (Vyritsa Urban-Type Settlement, Gatchinsky District)

On June 20, Olga Iakimenko, Head of Internet Projects and Marketing Communications at ICSER Leontief Centre, Green Mobility Partnership Initiative Coordinator, moderated the Electric Transportation Information Seminar held in Vyritsa urban-type settlement of the Gatchinsky district (Vyritskie Tarkhany Guest Houses). Organizers: Green Mobility Partnership Initiative, Association for the Development of Electric, Unmanned, and Connected Transport and Infrastructure.

The seminar included two discussions entitled “The Electric Transport Revolution: Time to Stock Up on Batteries?” and “The Key New Electric Vehicles”. At the seminar, the DVIG v Nature project kick-off meeting was also held.

During the GAME OF GOALS marathon, one of the teams composed of the seminar participants presented a project of electric car sharing service for St. Petersburg. The final project presentation will take place at the Strategic Planning Leaders Forum on October 26-27, 2020.

Оn June 20, the Gatchinsky District’s first electric vehicle charging station was also officially opened. The charging station was named Vyritskie Tarkhany.

The seminar brought together about 40 participants: representatives of authorities, business, experts, students, and others.
