The publication captures the topical issues of strategic planning practice in Russia at the end of 2017 that was reflected in the participants’ reports of the XVI All-Russia Forum “Strategic Planning in the Regions and Cities of Russia: Implementation Tools and Resources”. The publication contains a programme, a short report, an overview of the main events, Forum recommendations and shorthand notes of the plenary session dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Strategic Plan for St. Petersburg and strategic planning in Russia. An overview of the discussions is structured around five thematic lines.
